"We live in Lake Haven Park 3. The partying and continual cussing during these parties on my street has become unbearable because all partying is done outside!! People are moving out. Guests who are visiting a couple from Canada are leaving early because they can’t stand the noise. Tonight a couple next door to the party house got a hotel room because they can’t stand it. Just because the noise ordinance in the city is 10pm, should people yell and sing and kept turning up the music because “they are not breaking the law?” There is an overall lack of consideration. People are afraid to complain. We did and the Office has done nothing. A few bad apples are ruining it for those of us who want to live peacefully. In one weeks time we had the police at our house 2 times due to neighbors harassing us. We were vandalized by neighbors because we complained. Yes caught them red-handed on cameras. We had to install even more cameras on advice by Pinellas Sherriff department. Red-neck central here for now. Very disappointed."

"Owning a home in this area is not cheap. This was the most economical way we found. We did not want to keep up with the Jones' by over extending ourselves on a house we barely use. So, we opted for a place here. We bought the best lot we could find which ended up being the most dilapidated home in the park. Lots of work to be done. But we can do that no problem, just takes time and some elbow grease. Less than 2 years later we have a new home on a lake with wonderful landscaping that doesn't cost us much compared to the average home owner. We love it and we wouldn't change a thing about our home. As to the park itself. It needs some updates. The courts either need updated or torn out. The sidewalks are all caked with moss and mildew. The landscaping in front is new as is much throughout the park. It is a nice change. Staff in the office have always been easy to deal with. There are 3 pools to choose from, one is heated, and they are never busy so to speak. The fitness room is clean and large enough to get a nice workout in. Tons of roads in the parks to walk or ride your bike if you don't want to venture out on the actual roads. Lovely area where you can walk or ride to groceries and things to do. Tons of things to do within a 5 mile radius. Loads of shops and restaurants too. Lots of pawn and discount stores to walk through as well."
