"Subways slogan is literally “eat fresh” yet nothing in this restaurant was remotely fresh. The lettuce was brown and the cucumbers were slimy and old. I was already very disappointed in my food when I found hair in my sub. Disgusting. Maybe try hair nets."

"I went there once and ordered us meatball sub and went outside and ate it and it was cold. I went in and I said the sandwich is cold did you shut the temperature off? She goes yeah I said how long ago she said half an hour ago. That's illegal you can't shut the temperature off and sell the food. I asked to get a different sandwich and she said I would have to pay for it. I demanded a new sandwich and that she refund my money for the one that was cold I said I would call the police because it's illegal to sell food that's not at the right temperature. She said you should have thought about that before you came in at an hour before closing. What? Why should you shut the temperature off an hour before closing? That's insane. Today I went back in to order the same sandwich and it was an hour before closing and now they didn't even have any because they already shut it off and put it away. Don't waste your time this place is bad"

"I got there and the employee was nice, but he had headphones in so I couldn’t really talk to him without him going “huh?”. We get checked out and we go to fill our drinks and there was bugs in the tea. I looked all over the place and there was ants everywhere making a tiny line up the tea canister. We told him there was ants and showed him them in the tea and it’s been 20 minutes later and he still hasn’t changed the tea. While I was eating the sub it was good, until I found a hair in my sub. It was actually so stuck in the sandwich I couldn’t pull it out. I think they need to bring in some health inspectors and pull in managers for a close eye on how they’re doing their jobs. Who makes one employee work a shift completely alone anyways. It makes the service slower and it’s probably stressful when the employee has a whole line."

"This has been the worst experience i have had with subway ever. I ordered a chicken teriyaki salad with extra sauce and it came dry as a bone. Than I called and the manager got an attitude with me and then said well the chicken has sauce on it so I guess I can eat dry lettuce."
