"The staff here are absolutely the rudest I have ever encountered. I purchased a sub online and showed proof of payment- the woman working "Laura" (older, dark hair) was nasty and made zero attempt to help me rectify situation after claiming she didn't receive it. I was even willing to pay AGAIN. She belittled her staff attempting to help me and when I asked her to stop she clapped her hands in my face and told me to leave. She then called the police- yup THE POLICE because I wouldn't engage and asked her to stop being rude to me and belittling the other employees. Come to find out she is not even in a position over employees as she has zero power and has only been employed there for 2 months. She is a terrible representation of the brand. I went to Publix and got a better sub for a better price."

"They have the classics. My BMT was tasty. The also tout their new menu items. They, too, looked good - but I went for the classic. Clean restaurant. Friendly team working. They host the works - sandwiches, cookies, drinks and more."

"Went to this establishment today 09/19/22 at around 5:40 PM, the lady who seemed Latina was short, didn’t have a name badge helped us out. We ordered two meat ball subs, when she began to prep our sandwiches she put on gloves and proceeded to clean the counter with those gloves she put on and immediately afterwards started to prepare the sandwiches with the filthy gloves!!! When we pointed out the error the subway lady had a problem with our request to please change the gloves and give us fresh new bread. Totally unprofessional, unclean establishment, unfriendly, we will never ever eat here again. I will be calling the Florida Health Department. Someone is going to get sick with that type of unprofessional service."

"I had a Chipotle Southwest Steak & Cheese spinach wrap from Subway yesterday. Wow! It actually looked just like the picture! It was delicious! Not too hot. Just right. I hadn't been to Subway in a long time because I was bored with the menu. Shazam! Check out their Signature Wraps! You'll be glad you did!"
