"Their pharmacys no longer accepts phone calls so, If u have any questions regarding ur meds call Walgreens and transfer ur meds. there. The female pharmacist at this location isn’t very pleasant at all, as a matter of a fact she’s quite rude however, the male pharmacist at this location is very professional and rather pleasant. It’s a shame tho. He deserves better and u deserve better. Walgreens pharmacist will answer the phone and they’re a godsend to deal w."

"Yet another CVS that thinks they're too good to answer the provider line. I will be reporting this to corporate. You are not busier or better than other providers. Maybe take a minute to actually care about your patients."

"The pharmacy tech took 15 minutes to even approach the drive thru line, then didn't bother telling me the total of my bill, which was a bit higher than I was initially expecting, but then proceeded to cancel the transaction without asking me if I wanted to do that. Which I didn't, I just wanted to pay a bit more for the convenience of not having to find a different, slightly cheaper pharmacy. Because of this, the transaction ended up taking over 20 minutes. Add that to the time I was already waiting, and I spent the better part of an hour waiting in the dang drive thru. Not exactly what you want to do right after work. Also, although I could be biased due to the fact that I had to pay more money than usual, but the pharmacy tech, who was a young woman with brown hair working around 3 pm on Sunday, came across as rude. She seemed like she was rushing thru things and not paying attention, which ended up wasting more time. I guess my advice would be to always say the total before running the card, and then ask if one wants to void the transaction before doing so."

"Have now moved my prescriptions to Walgreen's. My doctor called in a script 3 times and they never received it. 2 different days. They called me back and said they would check on it and would call me back after 2. Nope. Never happened. No apologies. Do not go to CVS for service"

"Trying to get your medication here is a nightmare. Staff doesn't know how to run prescriptions through, but will send you notices that they're ready for pickup. We've had enough trouble that we call ahead of time, but even then, their staff will lie to you about when the script will be filled. Today, we called in to make sure one of the scripts was actually filled (it wasn't), my mother had to walk the technician through doing their job to get a partial fill because they didn't have it in stock. They said it would be ready in an hour. I drove up an hour later, and the tech Brittany said it was still not ready, but she can fill it in another 10-15 or I can come back later. I told her it was fine and I'd come back, went to run other errands, came back... and they were closed for break 1:30-2:00. No worries, I finish my other errands, wait to come back until after the break, ask for my medications... and they tell me it's still not filled, but it'll be ready in about 10 minutes. I asked point blank why a medication they said would be ready after one hour still is not ready after three. The tech who was speaking with me didn't have an answer, but Brittany was standing next to her and she had a little grin on her face as I complained. I guess she thinks it's funny to lie to people and waste their time. Easily the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, with the worst, most dishonest staff I've ever dealt with. We never had these problems with the CVS off of Sunset Point before they closed it."
