Bramley since 2017, our team oversees the day-to-day operations of 380 dedicated employees who diligently serve our community of 37,500 residents.
The City Manager's Office plays a pivotal role in establishing the city's organizational framework, directing and supervising all departments, and enforcing laws and policies. We are committed to keeping the City Commission informed on policy matters and presenting annual operating and capital budgets for their review. Jennifer K. Bramley brings a wealth of experience, having served in various capacities in Coral Springs and Tamarac, Florida. Her strategic leadership has been instrumental in numerous community development initiatives, earning accolades like the Governor's Sterling Award for excellence.
Our team also includes Jorge M. Quintas, P.E., Deputy City Manager, who oversees critical departments such as Public Works & Utilities, Parks & Recreation, and more. With extensive experience in engineering and public works, Jorge ensures the successful execution of key municipal projects.
Nicole Delfino, our Manager of Strategy & Sustainability, leads our strategic planning efforts, focusing on legislative priorities, sustainability, and community engagement. Her role is vital in shaping Dunedin's future, aligning with our commitment to building a resilient and sustainable city.
