"It’s a wonderful place. My favourite day of a month is when I start it with Allora. The front desk is super nice and welcoming, the ambiance is fancy and perfectly relaxing. The massage is great. I can’t say enough how good is this place and the price is very reasonable, especially with the membership. I believe coming here the best treat you can give to yourself or your closest."

"I recently booked a couples massage at Allora Spa on 08/13/2024, which included a prenatal massage for myself. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. We arrived promptly at 1:55 PM for our 2:00 PM appointment, only to be informed that we would be placed in separate rooms. The whole point of booking a couples massage is to be together, so this was frustrating. After some back and forth, we finally got settled into a massage room around 2:10 PM, well past our appointment time. I can't even tell you when the massage actually started, but it felt rushed. Despite leaving a tip, I was shocked to realize we were checked out and back in our car by 2:57 PM—far from the full hour of relaxation we were expecting. As for the massage itself, it was just okay. The most disappointing part was my prenatal massage. Only my back half was massaged—my front legs and shoulders were completely neglected, which left me feeling unsatisfied. Overall, the service did not live up to expectations, especially for the price. If you're looking for a full hour of relaxation, I do not recommend Allora Spa. I won't be returning."

"I surprised my husband with a couples massage and it was amazing. The spa was very beautiful and has a stress free vibe. We were met with smiles at check in and offered wine & refreshments. The waiting area was stunning, clean and stocked. We both wanted deep tissue massages. I had Ruthann & he had Ivory. Ruthann was very professional asked me questions about problem areas and was very strong, perfect pressure to get the kinks out of my back and neck. My husband had Ivory she also asked him questions regarding problem areas and was very professional . My husband was surprised by her strength in the deep tissue massage, he said he felt all the tension released from his neck and back. We will definitely be coming back again! Looking into membership!"
