"The staff members were making TikTok videos and fooling around laughing loudly during business hours. Usually they play intense upbeat music that I refrained from complaining about, but this time I was unable to hear an important phone call due to their volume in the lobby. When I expressed my discomfort about the situation to Ms. Mary, one of the nurses. She said the girls can have fun in the office while they are working, and that I should go to my car if it bothers me. I told her this is a med spa and it should be more quiet and relaxing. She said it’s not medical services but a spa and again that they are allowed to have fun. There was no consideration for me as a paying client. In terms of their actual service , I have done Fraxel and IPL multiple times before at other places. Both procedures brought me significant improvement at other facilities, but this place has not. I have been here numerous times with three or four times per area, but I see that the improvement is very little, despite a great deal of time from my busy schedule and the discomfort of the numbing medicine application. A few weeks ago, when I was having the facial massage there was constant banging and nailing noise right in the next room, and a few days after they also had a terrible fume oil paint smell. I was very surprised that they were having normal business in those circumstances, but I never made a big deal out of it. When I called the management to see if I could cancel my program, I was told that I could not, and the woman said I should go to other locations. I have already enrolled in an annual membership, and I wish I could stop having the service with this company. I simply wanted to improve my appearance in a relaxing and kind environment, but the reality is that this office makes me very uncomfortable and, frankly, they are disrespectful and rude. They got my money and this is how they care for their customers. My suggestion for anyone who wants a relaxing and professional job done for your appearance to make yourself feel better, please consider going where professional advisors are in place, not where girls are hanging out goofing off."
