"Love that spot but stopped to make appointments there b/c they do not work on Sunday but now that is the only one day when I am free. My love is hydrafacial there. Also tried Botox, it was my first time and something was off, had a muscle pain and head aches. Tried laser for bikini but it also was not good for me, discovered it doesn’t work for light hairs. One thing I would suggest to improve is the “suggestive” policy about buying cosmetic. It's too intrusive when you come, they recommend over and over again to buy different cosmetics that they have on their shelves. And this is even after you have already bought cosmetics from them quite recently."

"Let me first state that initially I had Brandy, and she was completely wonderful, no complaints, but she’s no longer there. I made an appointment earlier in the year, but gladly canceled when I found out I was pregnant. I struggle getting and remaining pregnant so this was a huge deal. I unfortunately lost her after hearing her heartbeat. I bring this up because I understand why my injectionist, who I’ve never met, with, “So you had your baby?” Being close to my due date, I started shutting down immediately and informed her that I lost the pregnancy. I get that people don’t know what to say, and I’m sure she had no idea what harm she was causing, but harm was caused nonetheless but she then proceeded to ask how far along I was. My damn soul started leaving my body and I struggled in the moment not to say something SHE might construe as offensive being that there were needles going into my face. Though I would have preferred to say that’s grossly inappropriate to ask or that’s absolutely none of your business, I said far enough long that I had to deliver her. Losing a child is traumatic and this is the definition of retraumatizing. I’m grieving my baby. She had a heartbeat and a name. I buried her. She is not fodder for small talk with strangers. Then add insult to injury when she brings up my sunspots, trying to sell a product. I barely hear or understand her at this point because I’m disassociating. And I tell her that I think she’s talking about more than just my freckles but I don’t mind them. She was irritated when she responded that she wasn’t talking about my freckles. At check out, they tried to sell whatever product again even though I said I wasn’t interested in the room. The receptionist was sweet and although I couldn’t fully understand her and at this point I don’t remember at all what I was saying and was in a daze, just trying to get through. I tried to respectfully leave to get my husband, who was having a meeting in the car, to finish the transaction. I remember being somewhat hysterical by the time I got to the car and asked him to go inside, mid-meeting. There is nothing that can be done to repair and there’s no way I can return. All I hope is that they educate themselves and prevent this happening to another grieving woman."

"This is the place to go if you want self-esteem issues. I used their services for a 2 year period because they came highly recommended. Every visit I endured hard sales pitches for more Botox, more filler, etc. Today was my first visit with Cassie. When I told her how many units I was comfortable with around my eyes (4 each side vs her suggested 8 each side. My max before this visit was 2 per side and those results were always satisfying), she said I might as well not get any at all because I wasn't going to see a difference. I have been getting the same cosmetic services for about 8 years. I know how my face responds and how I like to look. I have given this place their last chance. Honestly, I think the only thing that's great about Orlando Skin Solutions is the location. Update: Appreciation to the office manager, Chelsea, for reaching out and following up."
