"Visited first, then purchased a home in 2021. Beautifully kept grounds, roads, and pool. Exceptionally kind board and residents. This Park/Resort is a rarity as you own the land and there is no lot fee. There is only an HOA fee that covers, roads, pool, landscaping, water, and pest control. Everyone here desires to help one another succeed in their little piece of paradise. We own a property in another Resort in the Smoky Mountains, and Boca Ciega over exceeds in amenities, social events, and genuine kindness. SUPER CLEAN. (No animals) Highly recommend!"
