"Told me to fax meducal bills for posdible Medicaid coverage. Did 7/20. No status or response since. Not one call frim open to close ever goes through or gets answered. Not able to get any info or reach the live persin who told me to fax so it might be covered and paid. Get bill reoeated mailed to me unknowing if it will be covered or not. Held all day for Thur Fri Mon Tues finally told to fax. Walked miles to fax. Now no one answers again for results 10 days later."

"This place is very poorly run very unfair to fathers even if mother is not telling the truth they listen to her they calculated that I have to pay 700 in child support yes 700 and I don't make so much money so the judge decided 300 and after that about 70 so the lawyer sent a paper with final amount 70 and they still want 300 from me also they sent a latter to my employer that I don't pay child support I sent payments for 3 months they said they didn't received it and they cleared the check. It's very much shocking to me that something like that is going on in very advanced country like United States it would be nice if they did their job where are people responsible for that place, I see lots of people are with me just look at other reviews"

"I just want to say i read just about every review for this place and even thought about going all the way to the Tampa office until i also read their bad reviews. My experience was nothing of what i read here today. I have been in a horrible battle with my daughters mother who is keeping me from my child over retaliation and just money grubbing. I walked into the Largo office and was first meet with "security" i guess what they would call their selves, but they helped me with professionalism and directed me to the child support office upstairs. As soon as i walked in i was greeted and giving a number that was called before i was given the paper with the number on it (ie: no wait time) Every staff member there was very helpful and spoke to me with respect and understanding. I dealt with Will at window 11 who explained everything that i needed to finish and get my business done there. I was a lil confused why they couldn't give me any of their employee numbers as government officials for my records however they still helped me with all my needs and had me out of there in less then 10mins. I can only hope that they get everything i turned in entered and i don't have to come back down there again however i know this is not the case. I hope that i am treated the same way as i was today if i need to come there again."
