"This weir provides a waterfall effect at low tide that produces a soothing sound from McKay Creek. Wonderful part of the water way as the fresh water from Taylor Lake heads to the intercostal. Manatees have been sighted near the falls."
"I could see this from my backyard. It's kinda cool to see the creek move. After a storm, you can see the water run over the weirs due to the rain run off. It's nice and relaxing, but not much to see. It is tidal, so it goes up and down throughout the day."
