"Dr. Kahn has been the most responsive psychiatrist I’ve ever had. In emergencies and even in minor issues he always calls back in a timely manner which is rare in this field. It’s important to have a doctor you can trust and who listens to find solutions - Dr. Kahn fits this description. Mental health is a delicate balance in which a doctor needs to be knowledgeable and caring to educate patients on their symptoms/medications. Shannon, their receptionist, is also very helpful and kind. Thank you so much for all you do!"
"I had an absolute horrible interaction with this provider that was referred by my PCP. I feel if they knew how Dr Neil Khan treated patients they wouldn’t be referring anyone. This man was inconsiderate, dismissive, unhelpful, temperamental and irresponsible to name a few. His bedside manner was non existent and he needs a substantial amount of refresher training in EVERYTHING! My second appointment ended up being my last due to how he treated me. I would not recommend this provider to anyone. Like most have mentioned the office manager, Ms Shannon is an absolute lovely lady, get you another job sis!"
"I don't get the warm and fuzzy feeling from Dr. Kahn. He actually used a rude tone with me one time when telling him I wasn't able to pay $30 a month for a new med he wanted me to take. Biggest problem though is they bring new med students into each appointment and don't even ask you. One guy never even acknowledged me and played on his phone the entire time. Very strange for this practice to do this with mental health issues like anxiety. Lady up front is nice. But no one ever answers the phone. I cancelled an appointment by voicemail and received a bill for it."
"Do not leave a message if the voicemail you hear is a man. I don't know what is the deal exactly, but there are two voicemail systems. One has the voice of a man I have never met, and every time I've left a message in that box, it is never answered. When I hear a voicemail message with the voice of a woman, the current receptionist/office manager, I leave a message and she gets back to me within a business day. I've been going to Dr. Khan for about 6 years, he's always willing to talk if I need to. The aforementioned office manager, Shannon, is an efficient sweetheart. The office chairs are comfy. But that weird legacy voicemail box will trick you every time."
