"During my stroke. While admitted, This company came in my room and asked that I make an appointment for continued tests. Tried to contact them on several occasions. The V.A. in Pensacola pays for everything. I couldn't get any one for weeks to call. Later After numerous tries, worried about my recent stroke follow up and needing to contact them, and they were paid and had records from Santa Rosa Medical Center and knew it was a V.A claim from that, that Had all the records transfered to them, finally made an appointment after I had to send the records to them, 2 blocks away. Again. I walked in with the street full of cars from over flow because they only make appointments a couple of days a week and are obviously over stretched with customers, were packed with people ...packed, you could tell they were overbooking and the staff was stressed. Totally unorganized and it was obvious too everyone there So I went to Sacred heart with my referral from the V.A. . 2 months later..lol...they call me and ask for a follow-up...after telling them I never had one appt...ever that I took. It was Crazy. Stroke victims need quicker, more effeciant care."
"This place felt like an impersonal, assembly-line medical care facility. 1. They don’t answer their phone or call you back promptly. So if you go through 5 minutes of voice prompts to confirm the time or location of your appointment, you’re wasting your time. 2. They made us wait 45 minutes past our appointment time. 3. Their waiting room was packed with people. And there were very few seats available. 4. For a 5 minute ultrasound and a 10 second doctor “consult” we were there for one hour."
