"I had my PPD placed at the Pace clinic on a Thursday and was told to come to the clinic on Dogwood to get it read on Saturday. I walked in just to get my PPD read, which literally takes seconds, and was originally told that they don’t read PPD (what clinic doesn’t know how to do that?) and then they agreed to see me. I sat for over 30 minutes before walking out. I might mention that it was not busy at all. One person was waiting in the waiting room when I got there."

"The office was able to get me in right away, the front desk ladies were amazing and even helped me get my PCP doctors appointments scheduled for the next week for a check up. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed to get me feeling better before Christmas! I will always recommend them when someone can't go to their PCP because of scheduling conflicts."

"I saw Dr Edwin Taylor; very happy I did. Great doctor. He was professional, he listened and addressed everything. Very nice man. Office staff was friendly and professional. Everything was clean. Blond receptionist, however, needs to absolutely work on her people skills; rude. No real patience. Many patients are elderly and their mental sharpness & alertness may be softened and somewhat delayed. This did not seem to matter to her at all, it was all just an irritant. I saw plenty of phoniness, rolling of the eyes when she thought no one was looking, blatant condescending tone of voice..you could cut the tension with a knife. Not sure why so rude (no cause) because honestly no one was rude to her, and it really wasn't that busy. There was just no excuse for any of that behavior. Aside from that, my experience was very good."
