"Appointments are easy and a nurse practitioner is on duty. Excellent care for minor illnesses, injuries and vaccines."
"STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY !!!! They over charged me by $139 on a dot physical and refuse to give it back by saying it was for checking my blood pressure something they doing a dot physical. Go to ProHealth and stay away from here"
"The website said they did walk-ins. I walked in, there wasn't any instructions where to go or what to do. I finally found a kiosk that said I needed to have an appointment to be seen and that I needed to use my cell phone rather than the kiosk. I spent nearly 30 minutes trying to get an appointment for different days since they couldn't see me today. Every date given required too long a period of time and processes only to end up with the system telling me that date and time was no longer available. I finally gave up and went to the next county over where I could be seen today, by a REAL DOCTOR, with no hassle or extra charge. I haven't seen a medical facility this mismanaged in a long, long time!"
"The nurse called me several weeks ago, to check on me and seehow my meds were working. She also set a new appt date. I received a reminder call for my scheduled appt yesterday, and had a reminder in my phone. I left work early to make the 2:40pm appt, and was told by the new nurse, that I did not have an appt scheduled. The medication refill literally would have taken her 10 mins. She did not care that I had an appt scheduled by her colleague and that I had to leave work. Her response: "Don't you have a primary care Dr?" I will now, Karen! CVS lost $100 today bc of this nurse. I won't be back!"
"I sat there for an hour waiting on the doctor who didn't want to take me because, even though it is clearly a walk-in clinic and no-one was there but me, she had a no-show appointment, thirty minutes late that she wanted to wait on. Then, after waiting for ten more minutes, she informed me that it was time for her lunch break, and I would have to wait another hour. After all that, she diagnosed that I had a common cold and said I was overreacted. A week later I wound up in the Emergency Room-- WITH THE FLU. It was most definitely NOT a cold."
