"I have been in the hotel staying for about a week. I came to this Starbucks almost on a daily basis. Each time I came, staff laughing it up standing behind the register and the line standing for more than 2 minutes while they finish their side conversations. The food looks to be a few days old and the drinks are made very poorly. If you are near, trust me go the next Starbucks"

"Ordered a coffee and had to remind the employees to make it after I noticed people in line behind me receiving their orders. Then the coffee was watery and weak, as if it were made with half the grounds as usual. Who expects to get a weak coffee at Starbucks?!"

"This location is connected to the Grand Hyatt and appears to be the gathering point for power-suited business people having their morning pow-wows over a cup of power-joe. I was drawn to the Nitro Cold Brew despite the cold weather and was pleasantly surprised by the draft-beer-like texture. Like a true cold brew, the Nitro embodies a nutty and earthly flavor while coating my mouth with a lingering sweetness. The register is sectioned off from the seating area, which has a handful of couches and a beautiful conference-friendly table. This store is considered small with a door to the street and another entrance connecting to the hotel lobby."
