"The machine I purchased from Lavazza stopped working after a week of use. Despite the warranty I had to pay 40 dollars out of my own pocket to ship it back. It has been now 2 months and I still haven’t received my refund. Rude and unprofessional customer support."

"My wife "discovered" this coffee and when we make coffee at home, this is our newfound favorite. We get the premium house blend medium roast. There are other options, but this is our preferred version of Lavazza Coffee. You have to look around at different stores, because not everyone sells this brand of coffee. If you do find it, I recommend giving it a try. It is my opinion... that this is an excellent coffee! I would absolutely give this company 5 stars due to the superior coffee they sell, but for whatever reason, they keep running out of stock of my preferred coffee. I just can't understand why you don't keep up with demand... You're losing money!"

"First time I write a review, but you will thank me later. The worst company you can buy from the internet, with no customer service at all. Nobody answers the phone and I have been calling almost every day. A lady answered just once and she was very rude. I'm still waiting for my coffee to arrive and I placed the order more than a month ago. Coffee is good but never buy it from this company directly, go to Amazon or buy another brand."

"If I can give them a 000, I would, no customer service at all especially the lady that answers the phones she needs to learn customer service skills. My package never arrived and the item that was supposed to be included never were included in the second shipment. Don't order with them!!! You won't get the tracking and you can't get a hold of anyone and when you do the service is awful! illy coffee has way better service. I would highly recommend that you don't order with them directly since their staff aren't helpful and very rude."
