"I have been going to Affordable Dentures and Implants In Waxahachie, TX, Granbury, TX and Denton, TX since I got my Implants in 2010. All the offices gave me great service. I moved to Lewisville, TX recently, and needed new "O" rings installed on my implants. I called the Lewisville office for an appointment and was told they are not accepting "New" patients. When I explained I had been going to Affordable for years, they responded well you're new to us. That's what I call poor customer service. I recommend if you're thinking about Implants, go anywhere but the Lewisville office."

"Totally not surprised to see one star. So let me start by saying the Dentist nice man he does a good job. I came here because I been here before years a go when it was I'm Denton and totally different energetic and friendly stuff and I didn't have time to look for new place, ofcource now they are all new but I gave it a shot and like I said the Dentist nice. The ladies at front especially the black one omg nasty never cracks a smile doesn't greed you it obvious she's high or something I had issues not getting emails so I brought it to their attention the next time I went B was turning her head from helping are you serious?? I have insurance and $$ I can go anywhere I want and her what ever helper started the same attitude. So they mess up you bring it up they won't greed you or answer the phone when you call all they do sit there and gossip they lookso miserable. I would not recommend."

"When they where in denton had zero complaints. Now things has change, went to get teeth fix 2 days later wasnt fix. Went back at 1 said they can see me at 4. I waited...... 415 said I need to make a appointment for same issue I had last week that they said was fix."
