"AVOID AVOID AVOID this place!!!! At all costs!! These people just want $$$$$ They will negate even physical copies of the CTs and Panos to you saying "It's policy". Like a broken record, "It's policy" "It's policy". They only send images through the portal, they will NOT mail to you or even hand in my hand if I go to their office. THAT is a RED flag because I paid for those images and they are mine! The other place I'm wanting a second opinion can't read the portal images well and need the disk to open. I spent $575 and it's not like we are made of money. These people DON'T CARE, even the ladies on the phone are off-putting. Sketchy Dr., sketchy policies, money hungry!! I'm kicking myself for not seeing reviews first! A lot of pissed off people in here for a reason. EDIT: Exactly, only through portal because that's "policy". Other doctors can't read images through the portal. There should be NO problem giving records in my hands, if I said I would drive over there an 1hr to get them and your answer is "NO"! I ask why? "It's policy"."

"Dr. Busciglio seems knowledgeable and is professional and friendly. However, my experience with the front office staff was unfortunately marred by miscommunications and delays. I was initially told my in-person consultation would be two hours, but this was later changed to three hours plus an additional hour-long phone intake. While at the office, the office staff described my diagnosis and treatment plan differently than what Dr. Busciglio had explained to me, requiring him to clarify. I also requested copies of all my imaging and was assured it would be uploaded to the patient portal. However, after nearly a week, only two unhelpful images were provided. It took multiple follow-ups and escalation to a manager to receive any additional imaging, which still wasn't what I had reviewed with the doctor. Adding to my frustration, when discussing payment options, the office staff member flippantly suggested I put the cost "somewhere I get the most points," showing a disregard and lack of compassion for the extremely high cost of their services that would not be covered by insurance. While I appreciate Dr. Busciglio's expertise, the lack of communication, follow-through, and insensitivity to cost from the office staff was frustrating and detracted from my overall experience."

They go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of. Dr. Busciglio is the best. He is gentle and caring. He is dedicated and takes loving care of his patients. My treatment for TMJD took nearly 5 years, these were very intense times for me, a lot of appointments but i finally made it through. "I have just as much pain now as I did when I started my treatment. Treatment hasn’t really helped me at all. It’s extremely expensive. The staff and doctor are very nice and accommodating. Even though they have been great, I don’t think the product is worth the money. I think you over pay for him. Update to my review: I was a patient of this doctor. I paid close to $6000 for treatment of my TMJ. I saw him about 4 times before I was discharged with a " you're all good" goodbye from his office manager. Not the doctor. When I left a mediocre review, the Dr. called and asked why. I told him, it was very expensive, I was discharged before I felt I had reached maximum results, and I didn't feel like I had gotten what I had paid for. I also was still having problems. He said he wanted to make it right and he wanted me to come back in, no charge! He transferred me to the front desk to make an appointment and guess what? She didn't have any appointments available for as far out as they were booking! She told me that she would have their office manager Shawna call be right back to find me an appointment. I have never heard back from anyone! He just wanted me to take down my post. What a bunch of liars. Don't go there. They will take your money and just lie to you. And as long as I was a patient, Shawna never returned my phone calls!"
