"Just had my second appointment, it was COMPLETLY FREE I including the photos ! Despite what they say online, the photos are always free with your appointment but this time the appointment itself was free as well:) you can go as early in your pregnancy as you wish too! 10/10 the service was awesome and the person who did the ultrasound is super nice and kept the vibes high!"

"I did a same day appointment and during my visit everything was wonderful! I got to see my baby and it was just what I needed. Usually when I see my Ob I get seconds of baby time, with this experience I actually got to hang out with my baby. My husband & I were VERY satisfied with experience and we would definitely do it again! The young lady that helped us made us feel comfortable and she was very knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend."

"12/19 RESPONSE TO OWNER: It has taken you all almost 3 weeks to respond to my review, so no, you do not take customer complaints very seriously. I am 33 weeks and my baby is running out of space, as I explained to the individual who offered me this originally, this would not work, as the images will be even more distorted due to space. Furthermore, I am out of town for the holidays, also relayed to the insensitive man I spoke with. I requested a refund since the KEEPSAKE pictures of my child that I received were EXTREMELY blurry and low quality, (despite not having any clarity issue at all during the ultrasound). You all falsely advertise 3D and 4D ultrasounds that are absolutely trash and you should be ashamed for lying to people. You all STILL continue to fail at rectifying the issue the way you should, which is via a refund. As such, I am forced to continue to seek outside remedy. I had no issues with this facility for my first few ultrasounds. I went at 30 weeks for a 4D ultrasound, and the pictures were subpar. Definitely not worth $120, and this was NOT a 4D ultrasound. My baby was folded in half, however, they were very clear views of her face that the tech failed to capture. The images were grainy and extremely blurry. I got no videos of her moving. Most of the pix were in black and white. If there were truly an issue with her positioning I would understand that, but the fact that her face was visible, and just not captured is unacceptable. I reached out to customer service and the "manager" the next day, and they offered for me to come back at 36 weeks for a ultrasound, which obviously would not work based on the size of the baby. They offered me a growth scan, which I get at my doctor's office, routinely. They expected me to drop what I was doing and come in for another ultrasound that second, when I had several family members drive over an hour and a half for this ultrasound, and I was not able to come in again the next day since I WORK and will be out of town. They were very unaccommodating and unforgiving for the money that was wasted. Very unfortunate interaction and outcome, especially since I have referred several people to them. I enjoyed my first encounters, but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. There was no compassion, or viable solution, especially from the multiple MEN that I spoke with about this issue. If you are going for a 4D ultrasound, beware, it will not be what you think. I am in the process of looking into further action."

"Me and my hubby love this place from start to finish the appointment was amazing! We checked in which was super simple and quick and was soon brought into the room which is super cozy and comforting compared to other places we have been and the pictures and experience was amazing our ultra sound tech was incredible she answered all our questions and was super informative and their pricing is amazing they are no where near expensive in our opinion for what they provide and do! We are super grateful and cant wait to go back when we our further along!"
