"My sister needed her images from here so the Drs could see if the mass she had had changed or was cancerous. For 3 weeks, the dr tried to get the images sent. Tower did not care, then blamed it on technology, then didn't care or bother again! So my sister called on Thursday said I would be there Monday to physically pick up the disc. I went and of course they didn't have it. I got a supervisor, she said give me 15 minutes, I'll get it for you. She brought me a disc, I made her show me what was on it because at this point we knew they were full of it. I see the files with the dates, ok. My sister goes to the dr and the files are EMPTY. They literally gave me a disc that they just put new folders and labelled them on instead of putting the images on! Never ever go here, it will be pointless, your dr will never get the images and neither will you!"

"You can't get them on the phone over 30 minutes is excessive but then hang up on you is not howbusiness should be. Why would anyone would go to a place you can get service. When it was the Tower not by TGH it was much better. Though thus is my opinion from my experience"

"Worst even while scheduling.. no one picks up the call and goes on hold forever. Pathetic. Wonder how they managed to get this 4.4 review. Seems purchased and fake. Previous management was better i.e. original tower and this TGH is worst."

"I do not recommend this place for getting your test results to you in a timely fashion. Two weeks, going on three, waiting for results that should have taken three days to read and post. Choose a place with a better turnaround for reading results— not the one that calls you looking for your business b/c they saw you were in need of a screening. Lesson learned."
