"Wonderful experience from check-in to having Mallory call me back. She was super friendly and accommodating. I had an issue later with signing into the portal Soni submitted an IT ticket and it was resolved before noon. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"The staff at the actual location is great. The scheduler’s, which is who you have to deal with to get appointment, are horrendous. I called to make an appointment for an MRI. The person I spoke to had broken English and strong accent. Took an hour and half to make an appointment. I thought after all that it would be good. I showed up for my appointment and they had NONE of my info correct wrong name, birth date, address and no insurance info which I had relayed twice to this man. So they couldn’t take me that day. Since he didn’t put it in. I had driven an hour to do this appointment. I should have left and scheduled with a different company but the man at the desk was so kind and helpful he scheduled me for another day. I show up to this appointment 15min early all my paper work done. 830 appointment. They don’t take me in until 1015am after I’ve been sitting for two hours past my appointment because the scheduler put a person at 8am whose appointment takes two hours to do. They apologized saying the schedulers who answer when you call this company have done this before. If you are looking for a company where you can just walk in and not have to call maybe try them out. But beware you’ll be waiting for awhile since the people there with appointments wait two hours. Never again. I feel sorry for the staff in these locations because they have to deal with this disorganization every day."

"Really kind and accommodating staff. While the scheduling and authorization call centers kept trying to cancel my appointment, Emilsy, the Operations Manager, went above and beyond to ensure I kept my appointment. I did wait for a very long time for my exam to get started, but that was okay because the front desk receptionist is a sweet young lady that did everything she could to make me feel comfortable about getting my exam done and was working on her own in the front. The radiologist technician did her work quickly and was very generous with her time and service as well. Absolutely recommend!"

"Excellent staff! The receptionist was patient and knowledgeable. She was able to assist me with questions and didn’t seem bothered by me. I had injured my knee and couldn’t walk and was grateful for a wheelchair. The woman who took my x-ray had no problem wheeling me and adapting to my injury, making feel comfortable even thou it was painful. She even wheeled me to my car and made sure I was adjusted in the car properly. Thank you for your kindness and patience. Much appreciated."

"Absolutely incredible!! I had a MRI and a cat scan today and got there a hour early. They got me in early! The woman doing my tests was absolutely phenomenal and said that she would just take a later lunch so I didn’t have to wait. Honestly, the best service I’ve had in forever at a medical facility!!! I have always gone to that “ other “ imaging place in town, and I will never go back there again! SimonMed from now on!!!!!"
