"Aspire Allergy and Sinus in Frisco, TX provided extremely poor service. On multiple occasions, they failed to notify me of sudden closures, causing me to waste time and money traveling to an office that was unexpectedly closed. There were multiple impromptu closes that clearly contradicted there normal hours of operation. Their communication is severely lacking; they do not return calls in a timely manner and are unresponsive to inquiries. The facility tried to punish me by not allowing me to collect my remaining medication so I could transfer to a facility that took my health concerns more serious. When I decided to transfer to a different allergy facility, Monica refused to release my vials, which had already been paid for by my insurance. It took them four weeks to hand over my vials, during which they continuously gave excuses and false promises to call me back, which they never did. My new allergy facility told me that Aspire insisted that I go there to pick up the medicine and personally bring it to the new facility. When I arrived there, I waited close to a hour before they would provide me with my medication. I was told that the doctor had to review my chart before they handed me the vials. The Monica, the one who typically administers my weekly shot was rude. She yelled at and attempted to talk over me. She kept telling me she did not know I was leaving their facility until last Friday. Due to the excessive delay in providing me my medication, enervating tasks of transferring my medication and the shear headache to deal with them. I informed them I would be filing a complaint against this facility and Dr. Schmitt. This establishment does not prioritize patient care and I would not recommend their services."
"Christi was my nurse for my shots and she was amazing. So hospitable, she was delicate with what she needed to be, and she made getting my allergy shots easier. She offered ice which helped a bunch!"
"Ever since this practice was sold to a corporation it has been horrible. They don’t answer phones, long wait times, and billing is just awful. It would be best to find a privately owned office."
"Dr. Schmidt and the staff have been great once you are at the office , this review is specifically about connecting and communicating with them for appointments, refills or any urgent consultation , ridiculous wait times and after multiple prompts from the IVR it goes straight to voice mail stating we will call back after 48 to 72 hours and you don’t hear back. Last time my wife had to go all the way to their office to get a refill. They need to figure out a better way to help the patients."
"Great overall experience and the Dr took time to discuss my situation in detail. Gave a 4 rating as I was charged $900 for an allergy test. At most other places the test (exact same one) is less than $400. My test only included the prick test which is no different than others. I did not have secondary testing as mentioned in the reply"
