They are great at explaining everything and are prompt with their radiology reports. I will say that their rooms are quite cold, so be sure to bring layers! I wish they had a blanket warmer for the procedure room."

"The team at this location is excellent. The front desk person was extremely friendly, patient, kind and understanding to me and others that were there as well. MRI imaging technician was pleasant and helpful. The facility itself is nice—clean and tasteful decor. It was easy to schedule appointment and it is easy to get to using google maps. Parking was adequate without a long walk to get into facility."

"I was apprehensive after reading the negative reviews, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I’m so glad I did. I was in the emergency room on 10/31 with high blood pressure and kidney pain. After being released, I had a follow up with my primary care doc who recommended an abdomen ultrasound. The front staff was excellent and so patient with me when I canceled my appointment as I wasn’t sure if I needed to wait for meds to take effect before doing the scan. When I called to reschedule, they were prompt again. They explained the procedure, what I needed to do to prep, and answered my questions. I got a voicemail reminder the day before my appointment. My appointment was at 8:00am. I was checked-in promptly and the tech took me back right at 8:00. Nancy made me at ease, asked me many questions about why I was referred and seemed genuinely interested in the details of my health. She was professional, precise, and didn’t rush. She even checked something my doctor hadn’t mentioned in my paperwork and took the time to find the blood vessel I was asking about for the reviewing doctor. I will be back if I need more imaging services."
