"After leaving this practice and finding a new primary care doctor I found out the medication given to me was damaging my kidney's. Please stay away from this office. The equipment is dirty and I was asked to place my mouth on this pipe that was dusty and dirty. You will have to take tests you don't need and you will be screamed at and abused if you ask questions. The worst experience ever. A scam office."

"I would like to give them a zero. I had been with my primary care doctor in Clearwater, FL for 40 years, and after moving to Tavares this office was my first primary care experience. I am 73 years and have issues with my heart and this experience was horrible. I was screamed at while trying to recover my blood work. After 3 telephone calls i did recover my blood work, but I was crying and shaking because of the way I was screamed at by the woman with the dark hair at the front desk. I was traumatized by such an unprofessional crass woman. Rather than correct the situation and have the doctor reprimand her I was asked to leave the practice. I worked for a doctor while putting myself through college and I would have lost my job if I had screamed at anyone. The office demands you take unnecessary tests, and you never get the results. If, you ask for the test nicely you will be screamed at. The orbit is unhealthy and I always get sick after staying in the office for my many tests. Tests you don't need. I was required to take an emphysema test and I never smoked. Beware. Run for your life. RUN, RUN, RUN,"

"Just called for my first appointment, seemed respectful taking my information and scheduling an appointment. Medicare and Freedom kicked in today…yay! My Medicare agent referred my to Dr. Boggus’s office on the 15th December. See how it goes, read some reviews and didn’t sound to good with some."

"I wouldn’t even give Dr. BOGUS one star!! But I had to give at least one to leave a review. My mother is dying… and this alleged doctor lacks compassion for his patients. She’s bedridden, in a hospital bed, on a feeding tube, has multiple professionals visiting our home every day to provide different types of care. Dr. BOGUS refuses to sign FMLA documentation that protects my job while I assist with my mother’s care… her last visit it was repeatedly said, “I can’t believe you’re alive!” I guess it’s an inconvenience for them and any way they can hinder her care serves them better. Update: Another doctor showed compassion for my mother’s ailing health. They didn’t want to believe the behavior and attitude I experienced. Apparently DR. BOGUS and some of his staff have a reputation that proceeds them. A lot of the complaints surround documentation. Including referrals, records release, work notes, and FMLA. Despicable"

"I would give Dr. Boggus and the back office staff 5 stars. But this review is for Aegis Medical Group. They are just money hungry and do not care about the health and welfare of the customer. You get better service at the Walmart self check out. You can stand by the counter while they just chat & gossip. Heaven forbid you request a refill of a recent prescription. Expect them to make you come in and waste the doctor's time so they can nickel and dime you & your insurance provider. If you're looking for a new Dr. I recommend looking elsewhere just to avoid the stress and anger that you will 100% feel."
