"$$$$ this place is so EXPENSIVE. Their excuse is "they bill like the hospital does". Well there is your answer. $177 to get an xray and then I just got another bill for $68. Avoid this place. Insurance covers little of it. >>>>UPDATE>>>> and another bill for the same xray $21.56. brings the total to $266.56 for an xray. To put this into prospective, Lake Imaging, I would have paid $65.00 total."

"Went in this morning to be told that they couldn't do my ultrasound because I hadn't fasted. I told them that scheduling specifically stated there was no prep and I didn't need to fast. They told me that they're having problems with scheduling and to talk to their supervisor. I called scheduling to reschedule my appointment and was told AGAIN that there was no prep or fasting for the test so I took the phone inside so that the scheduler could repeat that for the girl at the front desk. Her response was to become condescending and rude towards me because apparently I should have known to fast despite being told BY the medical staff I didn't need to not once but TWICE now. She then VERY rudely told me she could have the tech come out and explain it to me. I am not stupid I understand what she was saying but apparently she didn't understand what I was saying which is Advent has a communication issue between the imaging department and scheduling, and I and other patients are being caught in the middle of THEIR nonsense . I made the appointment for today because it was a holiday for me at work and the next one won't be for 3 more weeks. After 2 more phone calls to 2 different supervisors I was able to get moved to this afternoon to the hospital and just can't eat or drink all day but I don't appreciate having my morning off wasted and then being spoke to like I was wrong or stupid!! Luckily since they moved me to the hospital I won't have to deal with the rude girl behind the counter when I go back! FYI they still haven't fixed the system so if you are having any kind of abdominal ultrasound don't eat or drink for 8 hours or you will be turned away and no one is going to tell you ahead of time!!! They got 2 stars since they got me in today and most of the staff was polite, but they need to get their act together and the girl at the front needs a new attitude and lots of training!"
