"Call and wait times could be better. Offer a sliding scale for payments. You can't beat seeing a live person when your insurance company is finicky. They lost a STAR DOCTOR in Dr. Milian, I would follow her three hours away for the honor of seeing her. The other doctors are nice enough, haven't had a chance to build a doctor-patient relationship yet."

"On April 4 I walked in, and I had an appointment and the female doctor that saw me was not talking to me, but was talking to my friend that I brought with me. She wouldn’t listen to anything I personally had to say. She was asking my friend about my health. I spoke up for myself, and said when I talk to you, you’re listening to responds you’re not listening to listen and she started knocking on the door and she got the office manager which was amazing so things that she said that she was going to do for me because another doctor missed she canceled then when I was checking out with the office manager and the lovely lady that was helping me ask the question to the lady next to them and briefly describe my situation, and I literally had to take two steps to go over to the next window which this lady was briefed on and I go oh, you do emergency dental on Fridays and she goes yes what’s the problem? So I have an abscess in my sinuses where my face is swollen and let’s rule out the dentist, right! Well, the office manager end leading the window next to her is explaining the situation again, and she just looked at me like you can’t explain this. So I looked at this lady and I said I can’t right now and I started laughing and I walked out, that lady, for Dental turn to my friend and said now with that attitude, she’s not going to definitely get seen. Happened to love and compassion and understanding with respect with doctors and nurses and customer service people. The doctor said she would not take care of me. The dental check in check out person also said I’m not definitely going to be seen. Humidity. Can we do better?"
