"Had a UA done on Weds. morning for an acute UTI. By Friday night results were still not available resulting in a trip to the ER. Completely unacceptable!!! A preliminary report was all my doctor would have needed to treat me while you did cultures on the side. Instead, I was forced to use the ER for something that should have been handled between you and my PCP. Shame on you! You CAN and SHOULD do better. You asked me to DM you my date of birth, etc. There is no option to message you so how would you suggest I do that?"
"Only one staff member to do 3 jobs. I was a walk in and the appointments came first. She was very pleasant but overwhelmed. The wait was over an hour and a half for me, others waited 2 or more hours."
"Dec 28, 2023 8:30 am. Receptionist with attitude, not friendly and chewing gum. Same person took my blood test and things get worst, her attitude to treat patience is zero beside she was continuously chewing gum but now during the blood test she was doing bubbles. Simply disgusting. I am not recommending this place and I will never come here again."
