"Terrible patient care. I am an RN and had an Endoscopy for ongoing GI issues. I repeatedly asked to speak with a provider to review results. Only MA responded, even after I specificaly said I did not want to speak with an MA . I can read my results and do not need someone to read them to me. I was refused a phone call with a provider. Very poor patient care ."

"Heather Swann was fantastic. She spent the time to fully understand my problems. She then recommended a solution. Two days after starting her recommendations my problems are much better."

"Went to Mellissa PA , had a few visits with her in a time span little over a year. All she kept doing was telling me to take the same medication(omeprazole) which wasn’t working overall. Ended up in the ER due to serve pain, found out I had gallstones. The ER referred me back to her to make a “game plan” ….. you guessed it… she wanted me to try omeprazole again! Before I could find a new professional to see me(within a month) I was back in the ER and had my gallbladder remove because it was so bad for four days. Overall it felt like she wasn’t taking me seriously but smoothed it over with her good bedside manners. I wouldn’t recommend."

"I made an appointment with Dr Moore at this establishment and waited a LONG time to see him thinking he could help me where other GIs in my local area haven’t been helpful, and THREE DAYS before the appointment I get a call saying Dr Moore reviewed my medical records and doesn’t think there is anything he can do so just keep doing what I’m doing and seeing who I’m seeing, and canceled my appointment. How can a doctor in ANY ethical way say they can’t help you if they don’t even see you? Shame on you Dr Moore. I hope you understand what you just did to someone desperate for help."

"The in processing was well taken care of. Very kind at the front desk, the nurse getting all of my information, everyone in the surgery room. I’m grateful for the care that was given and kindness I was shown. Everything went well. My meds that were prescribed, were not at the pharmacy. So I need to contact someone and get them so I can start getting things better."
