"I have Long Haul Covid. This disease is a monster. A flare up can occur and will occur every so often. Symptoms often mimic a heart attack. Palpitations, sweating, chest pressure and deep pain in the legs and arms. I am currently working with medical professionals in a study to help people like me. These professionals have the intellectual curiosity and dedication to help those of us with very few answers. You are told frequently that if you even suspect a heart issue you should go into a clinic for help. This is why I went in. “Just in case.” I was met with medical staff who treated me like a pediatric patient. I was called sweetie, honey and spoken to like a child. Further I had a non itching rash, which I am finding to be part of my flares more frequently, and it mimics other autoimmune diseases. The professional treating me, though well meaning, said “Sweetie is really nice of you to want to help humanity, but you should probably stop the medication you are taking because it’s probably what is causing you issues.” This was far from professional. I told this person that I have been on this medication for another trial with no issues whatsoever. It’s not a new medication, rather a combo of pain relief and anti-virals that have been on the market for decades. In other word I was gaslit, and made to feel like a child. I spent the rest of my visit crying my eyes out, because I’m so tired of being treated like a lunatic. Furthermore at the end of the visit I was encouraged to go to the emergency room to get some Adivan. (A medication often used to calm psychiatric patients down.)IHC needs to do a better job of educating themselves on those of us who struggle with autoimmune issues. Stop allowing medical professionals to treat adults like pediatric patients. Give those of us who have long haul covid a real clinic to address these real problems. Your current clinic, with a very kind and well meaning doctor is nothing more that a health and wellness center, with nothing for people like me. It will be a long time before I darken the door of an IHC Instacare, as it did little good to support me. Do better IHC, you used to be the best, but I am becoming more and more distrustful of your system."

"Shelly the check in lady was so nice. She always is. I was listening to her interacting with everyone and there were a lot of people on Saturday morning. It was very busy. She was friendly, helpful and just really nice. She was going above and beyond to make this a positive experience for everyone. She is an asset."

"Medium wait time (45 minutes) but the nurse and doctor were both very good. I trusted his diagnosis and he sent in a prescription for a persistent cough that I was able to pick up an hour later. It was good to hear that I did not shows signs of Covid or RSV. The very nasty cold I was suffering from has since resolved. All things considered, it was a very good visit."
