"I wish I could rate them a zero. I have been donating off and on for years. I went yesterday to donate and informed them of my new address. She said oh this is an RV you can’t donate. I asked her how it’s different from the mobile home I owned and paid lot rent and she told me I could pick up and leave. I asked how that mattered I don’t owe any money to Grifols.She said they can’t contact me to let me know if anything is wrong with my donation. I asked why they couldn’t text me like they did for me to come and donate? I have a years lease in a very nice RV park . I have electric, sewer and running water. I don’t appreciate the way that I was treated and will not participate in donating my plasma at Grifols as I do it to help people not because I am broke!!!!!!!!!!"

"I would give negative stars but then I couldn't post. My husband has been donating here for a year or so. One week they came out and told him he was testing positive for an STD.. We knew that was a false positive and asked what he needed to do to donate. He was told to go to his doctor and get proof it was false. No problem, called his doctor, made an appointment, got the results, and results for every other disease known to man, all negative of course. He goes back the following week and has been getting the run around ever since.. This is the wrong test, he goes and gets another, oh your doctor has to sign this paper, now our doctor has to sign yada yada yada. This has been going on since roughly the middle of April. Today he went in after going in last week and speaking to the nurse and turning in more paperwork and they made him wait for 3+ hours before they came out and told him he could not donate. I'm going to find the number for the cooperate office and give someone an earful."

"Very nice. employees. I've been donating many years. But now they have lowered the pay. That means tens of thousands dollars goes to company. Do the math. It's crazy. The amount they are making. I think it's time to slow down or stop. After 13 years of donating . Expected pay to go up. Not down."

"Besides 2-3 ladies in the bed area, this is a horrible place, and it definitely comes from the lack of leadership. Rude, lazy, and no care attitude from the rest. They never answer the phones, they don’t care about appointments, which puzzles me why they even have them."
