"Quick and efficient"
"Appt was scheduled for a Monday at 9:15 am and I was told to be there no later than 8:45 am. I sat in the waiting room over 2 hours from my scheduled time and arrived at 8:30 am to ensure I wouldn't be late. Most importantly, I had to fast for this and have been up since 6 am. The techs walk by me without acknowledging that everyone has gone before me and the room is empty. It was full when I got here! After complaining, they realized I wasn't fully checked in and they didn't ask for the order until 10:40. Now I wait for the 3rd or 4th person that just arrived go in ahead of me. I'm here because I'm nauseous and vomiting in the mornings, but that doesn't matter and no one cares."
