"I will never order from Sweetgreen online again. It felt like a scam. I paid for several add-ons and didn't even receive a quarter of an avocado. They were skimping on everything, including the salad itself (not to mention the missing sweet potatoes). It's upsetting because I used to really enjoy their food. They shouldn't try to scam their customers just because the order was placed online."
"I just ordered this from Door Dash. You charged me $25 for a weak bowl with small chicken bits I would feed to my dog. Save your canned response owner, fix it! Everyone is strapped for cash and when we try to patronize local businesses, this is what we get. No compassion and no accountability. It taking everything in me not to ask for a total refund of my hard earned money! You’d be better off getting a salad from McDonalds."
