"I have been following PREP for a few years now. I was so impressed I knew once I was ready I would reach out so that I could become apart of the organization. Before I go anywhere to conduct business I like to review the company and see what others have to say. I must say after reviewing I thought to myself Julia must have her family members posting these reviews there's no way no one can reference someones name that many times. Boy was I wrong!!! I admit, before touring the facility I was a little intimidated. I have done years of research to ensure I would have great business plan. After my tour with Julia I must admit the reviews matched perfectly. Julia is amazing!!!!!!!! I had a list of questions of I wanted to discuss to ensure Prep would be the right decision. She answered all my questions without me asking. The one thing that stood out to me is her energy. Right before my tour she's was finishing up with client. I assume he was member at prep in way the conversation ended off and he worded things a little negative (soft approach it was nothing major he may of been joking) before he left she turned his negative comment and positively position it. Julia's first impression left me in awe. Julia has world class customer service. She's genuine and cares. Thank you Julia!!! Prep is everything I imagine it would plus more!"

"We started here at Prep, and our whole experience was great. Julia helped us so much from day 1. She helped us understand the licensing requirements as well. The facility has the needed equipment to start with, unless you need a very specialized equipment. During the 2020 pandemic, they offered initiatives and programs to help us as a small company, that was very helpful to stay open. Now we moved to a new location, but we are glad we started here. Prep helped us grow in the right way."
