"The incompetency of this office/doctor is appalling. Fattah does not work well with his patients or the doctors who sent them for tests. My husband WAS the patient, and we have been trying to get a hold of the office for a week and a half for the results of his tests. His hand surgeon has also tried repeatedly to get a hold of him. Fattah's acts like he is better than everyone else and that his time is more important that everyone else's. Never again. Do NOT recommend! Find someone who cares!"
"1/22/2023. I had been a patient of Dr Fattah for approximately 2 years. I thought he was a fine doctor and being a nurse (21yrs) and former EMT/firefighter. I am selective with my physicians. Then out of the blue I receive a letter (in the middle of treatment) that he will no longer provide me with medical care. No explanation and no reply to my phone calls. As of this date I have still not been able to obtain my records nor has the office replied to my v/m. I do believe it is due to I had some tests, scans done at an outside facility and he wanted them done at his office. So aftergetting them done outside he wanted me to repeat the tests and scan at his office. I declined as I didn't want to go through them again for no reason as he hadn't looked at the ones I had done. Extremely unprofessional. **Updated 7/19/25. I was informed by the office that I was dropped as a patient due to missed appointments. This is an untruth. I did have conflicting appoints 2x with Moffit for my cancer. But I informed the office at least a week prior each of the two times. The office called and rescheduled the 3rd appointment due to the Dr schedule. As for the 4th appointment I did come into the office. It was on a Friday and I had an appointment to follow up on some tests I had done, to go over the results and treatment plan. I was told when I arrived that Dr Fattah was not there that my appointment was for testing. The tech then called me into the back to start the testing. I explained to her and the office staff that I already compeleted the testing at an outside facility. As the time frame was sooner and more convenient. I had actually sat in the office and discussed my having the testing outside of their office and called my insurance company UHC while I was sitting in the office talking with them. It was agreed at that time that I was going to have the testing done at a hostiptal outpatient center. So they were well aware that I had the testing done as he wrote the order. I explained my appointment was with Dr. Fattah to go over the results. But the tech insisted that I take the test again in their office. I refused and she was not happy. Said she had come in to administer the test to me. I explained I wasn't happy either as I also had driven to get my results which now I was not going to recieve. The staff was not helpful at all. I left the office feeling very uncomfortable. Yet I wasn't the in the wrong they were. Next thing I know I receive a letter saying that De Fattah will no longer be seeing me as a patient. No phone call, no explanation, just dropped! So I drove to the office to inquire why and was told I missed to many appointments. Which is a complete falsehood. I rescheduled a couple due to conflicting medical appointments with Moffitt, they rescheduled one themselves and then they schedule/switched me from seeing the Dr to having me scheduled for a test I had just slready had, so I left. I did miss one appointment when I first started seeing him. And it was my fault but I had been in a car accident and had a conclusion so my memory was off, it that's why he was seeing me. Very unprofessional to treat a patient you've been treating for about 2yrs with memory and brain problems along with cancer and lung conditions so derespectfully. We as patients depend and put our faith in you. To drop a patient, what happened to your medical oath? Shame. Terrylyn"
"Dr. Fattah is very thorough and listens to all your questions. His office staff is excellent and his Appointments are run on a timely basis. I am so very pleased and would highly recommend this wonderful doctor"
"Dr Fattat is in a league of his own when it comes to treating his patients, he has treated me for nearly two years now, he really cares and shows empathy to his patients medical problems. I always feel better when I leave his office. His front of office staff are also very professional and gives great service, Rachael the office manager always greets you with a smile. I would certainly recommend his services."
"Let’s face it health care in general in Fl sucks. This guy entered into that realm. I got an appointment within a week (odd). I was rushed through my appointment and there were 9 people crammed in the waiting room ( 1 doctor) when I left. He didn’t want to go over my brain MRI , he didn’t pay any attention to what I had to say , he didn’t want to address a few symptoms I was having. Office staff was ok but I would suggest shopping around . I’m going to Tampa to maybe find a compassionate neurologist. Most of the people in the waiting room were probably there for their weed card. Oh yeah he is a marijuana Dr too. He must have a pile of kids in med school. Next."
