"They don't carry change, so if you don't have the exact amount they won't take your cash. Asked to use the bathroom they completely forgot about me. To top it off because they changed their policies now my insurance may not be useable here. LabCorp needs to fix their bugs in the office and remember nobody wants to get their blood drawn stop making it extra difficult on them. Do better!"

"On Nov 27, 2023 I had blood drawn. Afterwards I asked to use the restroom. There were 2 restrooms that said on the door "RESTROOM" only. No other words were posted on the door.. I walked down a short hallway and saw a man in a white coat in a room to my left, I passed him and entered a bathroom on the right side.I walked in, shut the door and looked at the toilet and noticed no one had flushed it so I flushed it. Then I locked the door, set my purse down, pulled my pants down and proceeded to use the restroom when suddenly there was a MAN POUNDING LOUDLY on the door with a LOUD VOICE STATING THAT "I GOT TO GET OUT OF THERE" It scared me! I said "OK" and I proceeded to try and pull my pants back up and fasten them when the man kept pounding on the door stating that I HAD TO COME OUT OF THERE! He NEVER ONCE IDENTIFIED WHO HE WAS OR WHY I HAD TO COME OUT OF THIS RESTROOM! I told him "ok" but he kept pounding and I said "I have to pull my pants up" When I opened the door there stood a man in a white coat, I assumed he must be one of the employees. He glanced in and stated that I had ruined his test because I flushed the toilet. AS I stated before there were no signs on the outside of the door stating (Do not use, Testing in progress) It just said RESTROOM. The way this should have been handled is this tech should have not pounded on the door but simply knock and say "Mam, I am a TECH and I am performing a urine test in this restroom, please do not flush the toilet and come out" NOT POUNDING ON THE DOOR AND NOT IDENTIFING HIMSELF OR WHY I NEEDED TO GET OUT OF THERE! I am a 71 year old woman in a restroom with my pants down trying to use the bathroom. I was treated very rudely after that like it was my fault, no apologies at all for scaring me half to death. I asked the employee at the front desk "May I have that mans name, and she said NO YOU MAY NOT" What kind of place is this to get away with treating their customers in this mannor. They need to imply a handbook on courtesy in the workplace. Also Identify the bathroom that they were using it for testing and "DO NOT USE" on the door. I will be contacting the bbb also today about Lav Corp's employees conduct towards their patients."

"I walked in this location around 10:30 for a drug test. They are extremely slow and move with no care for other peoples time! On top of that another person walked in after me had no appointment and ended up getting their drug test done before me."

"This place is so incredibly slow. No seating is available. So we had to stand the whole time and they will text if you want to wait outside but just for your paper work not for your blood draw. Wish insurance covered Quest always got fast efficient service with more then enough seats while still social distancing."
