"I was a bit leery in the beginning because I've never visited a Urgent Care facility. However, I was greeted in a warm and welcoming way by the staff and was at ease at that point. Without a long wait time, I was seen by the PA who was excellent! She listened, I felt heard, and was definitely cared for. If I could rate the staff at this facility 10 stars I would do so. The office & the exam room were spotless. What a nice place to know that you can go to, if you're not feeling well and feel that the staff really cares. This will always be my go to Urgent Care facility. Shout out to PA Shelly!!!! I thank you so much."

This place proved itself to be worth every star. All 5 stars are well worth it. The staff, the front desk, the doctor, all professional, wonderful people."

I felt genuinely cared for from when I entered the building until I departed. "I had tried to find several urgent cares, and either they weren’t open, there were no doctors on staff, or they were closed permanently. It was a joy when I did fine this urgent care. Everyone there had a good attitude and were cheery. Nothing but positive Vibes. The person that took my vitals was very friendly and it’s same as knowledgeable. I was so impressed with my doctor. She was thorough, understood my needs And also explained how acute my URI was. I thought all this time that my lungs must look terrible inside and she told me my chest is fine and that it was my bronchial tubes. I actually thought that they were one and the same. She treated me appropriately explaining that if it’s not gone in 10 days return. I’ve been to hospital ER and only one urgent care in my life but I can tell you that I will return to this one, if necessary! I give everything and everyone there Five stars!"
