"I first went September 23rd after I was told my insurance covered it 100 percent.. Her words front desk. That being said I was back in there November twice nobody said anything about the payment problem or that my insurance wasn't paying ,nobody said anything. And then all of a sudden don't you know they sent me a bill for all three visits first bill ever from them. In other words they didn't look it up until the end of November and they didn't do their job on the billing part s, They told me there was no mistake that my insurance didn't pay..they weren't in my network. Without so much as even a phone call some guy told me they're billing me self pay..again.. I was in there in September girl up front told me she called my insurance and I DIDN'T owe even a co-pay. Now the second and third visit nobody has said a word at all but then suddenly I get one bill for all three visits at $120 a piece because their receptionist or whoever it said she checked and obviously she did not! So because they're hired help doesn't know how to do their job I have to pay for it??! I think that's about as wrong as it gets. I was going to use them as a primary after the first visit however my insurance didn't cover them so I'm glad I didn't make them a primary however what was told to me was we can find ways around that and still be your primary caregiver. But when they. Found out my insurance didn't do that because there's no real doctor there, I was told not to worry about it they could find ways around it they don't have to be the primary but I can go to them the whole time then the bills start flowing when they figure out months later none of that was going to happen. Had the girl up front did not do her job.I am expected to pay for all ... They left first visit go until I visited two more times to bill me. Guy says I'm a self-pay so three visits months apart and they didn't know that yet that's not my fault!! Like I said to them do you think I would've kept coming back if I had to pay $120 a visit ??? I could have went to any walk in clinic and got the services they gave me and not had a copay or a self-pay! My insurance company even said dispute the charges it's all on them ...!!! And reading some of these reviews I'm not the first person or the only person that has problems with their billing!! And then report to the credit agency trying to get their money instead of calling me again the last time I spoke with somebody he told me not to come up there ever again! So I see your response and again you're blaming me when I asked the girl up front she was positive that it was covered. If your help was competent does insurance would have been noticed instead you let me come three whole times before billing me you didn't even give me a phone call. It's nice to say it's my responsibility but I asked a girl every time I went in there if it was covered so you can blame the third party but this is when you first opened and I think nobody knew what they were doing up there and it shows! No I'm not calling the third party I'm talking to you it's your office I've spoke with them a few times and they're not real Pleasant and they continually say it was my responsibility well when I wasn't there for 2 months and I never got a bill and then two more times and then finally got a bill what was I supposed to think think about that! I'm not the first person that's complained about this because I've met up with a few people that say the same thing. Instead of even trying to reach out to me he just automatically made it a self-pay three times in a row why after the first visit was I not called that's your responsibility when you're not getting paid."
"I like this clinic. They need to be more clear if there is a balance due with each visit. I had a built up balance and wasn’t told til 7 months later. Now this is a inconvenience for me. They need to inform their guests when there is a balance due after each visit. I was told there was no balance due and now I’m finding out that was not the case. Also the phones never work. Ironic."
