"Came in for an brain MRI post auto accident. Waited half an hour in the lobby. The front desk lady was fine, minimally helpful. The issue I had was with the MRI technician. I was called into the back by PAUL, an MRI technician. He was extremely rude and very inappropriate. He rushed me in, pointed me to their little locker room/changing room. Paul and I stood just at the doorway of the changing room. There, he said, is where I should leave my bag. He then, looked me up and down, and turned me around semi forcefully. He asked if I was wearing a bra, and before I could even answer he grabbed at my bra latch (almost pulling it undone) and pulled on it hard enough that it snapped on my back. He did not ask for my consent to touch me- he didn’t even give me a chance to answer his question. After pulling at my bra, leaving me confused and stunned, he answered his own question and said, “Oh you are wearing a bra. You need to take that off.” He pointed into the changing room but he didn’t step out to give me privacy to change. It was only after I stared at him and waited that he walked away, without saying anything else. CONTEXT: I am a 26 year old young lady. I have a petite figure- I am 5’3” and I barely weigh 110 pounds. I look VERY young for my age. Regardless, the way PAUL, the MRI technician man-handled me was extremely inappropriate and completely unprofessional. It’s been 5 hours since I left as I write this and I still feel icky and uncomfortable. The front desk lady seemed hesitant to tell me Paul’s name so it is possible that she gave me an incorrect name. Could also be an indicator that people have asked for “Paul”’s name in the past. Would give zero stars if I could. Unbelievable."
