"We had a phenomenal experience with FI appliances from start to finish. First off, we live in Arkansas but have a property in Texas. Lin, was able to accommodate everything through phone and email. They sent us a a picture and dimensions of the washer we wanted and then provided and invoice with easy payment. Additionally, we had some issues on our end with the delivery; they were flexible and accommodating for us and constantly stayed in communication with us which was greatly appreciated since we weren't able to physically be there. Overall, great experience, customer service and products! Adding FI appliances to my rolodex of 5-star vendors. Thank you!"

"Do not buy from here. I bought a washer and dryer. The washer they first got me went out and guy stated it has a catastrophic malfunction. They came and replaced it with one that was rusted. That one began to leak water a few months later. Guy comes out and charges me to temporarily fix it. He tell me the people that had before fixing thing were not doing a good job and I have to deal with it. He told me I have to buy another washer. I paid the man but when I tell you avoid this place avoid it."
"I purchased my washer and dryer set works great, still runs 4 years later. I Had an issue once with my loose hose, sent them a copy of my receipt and it was an easy fix, with no issues for repairs. Great family own business- I refer a friend who purchased a fridge and she loves the prices."
