"The aisles are crowded with stocking carts and you can't get down the aisles. Prices posted are not always what rings up. They put up a sign saying you can only use cash at the registers unless buying beer or tobacco so people will be forced to use the self-check. The building is ridiculously hot and they are always out of stock. This store must be TRYING to go out of business! Several former employees have gone across the street to Family Dollar to work and say it was the best decision they made. Get your act together, Dollar General!"
"Super servers. Very friendly. But the food is not worth the money. Cook got order wrong and tried to fix it with cold canned food. Server did her best to make me happy. I wish I could have these servers at Denny's but keep Denny's food."
"Stopped in yesterday for a few holiday items and wow they have really cleaned the store up!!! It was well stocked, clean and organized. A nice change. The clerk was prompt and courteous. The prices are reasonable. Stop by if you haven't been in there for a while."
"I love this store, it's really not their fault that they are under staffed. Their work hours are limited by Dollar General...you can just do so much with what you got. With that in mind, they do an awesome job. Don't complain unless you've been there and know what's actually going on. Go Abernathy Dollar General!!"
