"I ordered a part for my 42 year old oven. My oven is very old but I do not want to replace it with a new piece of junk that they make today. Being such an old oven there is no longer records of the model numbers, etc. Most companies would have left it at that. Not BROCK at U-Fix-It Appliance Parts! I could have taken my part into the business and he would have found my part. But since I live an hour from the store I e-mailed him a picture of the part, which was the rather large heating element. I also sent him a hand drawn picture with all the dementions on it. He found the same part and had it shipped to me within five days! I pray that U-Fix-It gives Brock a big kudos for being such an outstanding employee! Thank you for having an option to calling expensive repair companies or having to purchase new appliances."

"Zero stars, if you even touch the part, they won't refund your money, gave me a part that didn't fit. I spent $81.00 for nothing. I highly recommend you don't use them. While I was in there another lady had the same issue. The part us also 3 times more than if you order off Amazon."

"I went into the store looking for an old microwave part. Chris went out his way to locate me a part. He looked at every resource he had access to. He found no luck for me, but his personality, patience and ability to help me, was second to none. He has amazing customer service skills, as well as very knowledgeable. To top it off, he is a gentleman, he offered to carry my microwave back to my car. He would not take a “No” coming from me. After putting my item in my car, I offered to buy his lunch. He would not let me, or accept the cash. Which tells me, he is also a Christian. If you are looking for some good customer service and a super clean store, stop by U Fix It, in Tyler, TX."

"Went in to see about getting parts for my dryer. Was told it it could be one of three parts and to bring them in to be tested. I went home and removed the parts and brought them back. All parts were working. I was a little upset but then was told there was an additional part that could trigger the thermostat. Bought the $30 kit, changed the parts and voila!! Dryer fixed for $30! The guys up there, Christian and Brach were so helpful! Would recommend them to anyone who need an appliance fix!"
