"I want to begin by saying that the medical staff I interacted with was very nice. However, my rating focuses on the office's policies and practices. I was referred to this office by my physician for a sleep apnea consultation with Dr. Doekel, who was also very nice. He recommended an in-lab sleep study, which I agreed to and the study was scheduled. However, the billing staff repeatedly tried to steer me toward self-paying for the sleep study rather than going through insurance. I insisted they submit the claim to insurance, as I wanted the payment to go toward my deductible. They reluctantly agreed but seemed eager to inform me when the claim was denied. After contacting my insurance provider, I learned that the claim was missing a single field on the form. I communicated this to the sleep center and asked them to correct the error and resubmit the authorization. They agreed, but the claim was rejected a second time. Given the specific information I provided about the missing field, I inferred that the staff had intentionally filled out the form incorrectly both times to push for an out-of-pocket payment. Because of these questionable practices, I decided not to proceed with them and cannot recommend this office."

"I've been twice 2x each time.. The experience with the staff was great. But i waited and waited and waited for them to fix my insurance. And after the study, and I loved the dr., I'm still waiting for them to call me about my machine. Its 6 mons later. I can't get my breath. I need a machine so im going somewhere else"

"They had sold me a CPap machine that was recalled. Philips needs the prescription to send me a new one. The will not provide the prescription to Philips. Said I need another sleep study. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. Go somewhere else."

"Was a little apprehensive about my first sleep study, but the staff was very courteous and helpful and put me at ease. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean. Dr. Doekle was wonderful and spent time with me the morning after, going over my results and discussing options. I would highly recommend this sleep center."
