"I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!!! I met some awesome people here; but the “counselors” were terrible! You’re in a house with women that are sneaking in guys, people were caught shooting up herion on the elevator, most were there to avoid jail or against their will. I could go on and on…… needless to say, wasn’t the place for me and I left early and still drink."
"If you could give zero starts that's what this place should have. This is the most messed up, unprofessional, uncaring, & destructive rehabilitation center you could ever go to. Unless they were to fire all staff and get all new Nurses, Counselors, and Doctors you are set up to fail if you spend more than a minute inside this building. If you can go somewhere else, a card bord box on the side of the road would be more helpful and beneficial to you then wasting your time going here."
"WORST STAFF, WORST NURSES, WORST ACTING "PROFESSIONALS" This place literally kicked me out and put me on their curb with nowhere to go, then would not return my luggage they lovked up when I arrived. It was cold, and raining and after 15 minutes of me waiting on a rude outside and them locking the doors told me to get off the property and I had to walk over a mile to the nearest Walgreens to use a phone to get a ride, in the cold, and rain. These people have no heart. They are there for a paycheck and that is all and it couldn't be more evident. Such a heartless, and godless rehab. Do not go here if you really are trying to turn your life around. You won't get the help you need here"
"I completed inpatient treatment and Intensive Outpatient to absolutely not avail. This place is designed to fleece you. You can just go to an AA meeting and get all the information you need without ending up $20,000 in debt. They failed me and then, I relapsed. So, I went back to them, they said at first that I could do five-ten days inpatient at no cost, but then since I had other insurance than Blue Cross. Our shield, I can only do and other 21-28 days of inpatient treatment all on my dollar. This place is trash and will only be interested in helping you until they can’t squeeze you or your insurance for more. Investigate all of your other options, before going here. They are going to rob you blind."
"I am an IV heroin user who was on methadone maintenance on and off for years. I detoxed off methadone but shortly after started using again but this time I stated banging heroin instead of just snorting pills like before. I hope this place can help me. I've recently gotten into some trouble with the law and I hope if I agree to come here the judge will let me. I have friends who have been thru the program and successfully gotten off drugs. I smoke pot too, so it's going to be hard to become 100% clean. I want to do bad, most people don't even know I use, not even close friends and family."
