"Their front desk Kelly is the rudest person, avoid this practice at all costs unless she is no longer working there. My friends told me about Dr. Swami because they love working with her for endocrinology, one of the things they warned me about though was the front desk representative, saying that she will warm up to you once you are regularly seen. This is coming from someone who says that they are Dr. Swami's favorite client. Her sister starting going there and Kelly made her cry. Whenever I tried to book an appointment, it always seemed like everything is a bother to her on the phone. She said I would need labs before I was seen and when that was completed I still waited almost 2 months for an appointment. My insurance is in network and it's listed on the website as insurance that is accepted for Dr. Swami's practice. Kelly calls my phone and leaves me a message 2 business days before my first appointment stating that they will cancel my appointment because my insurance is out of network and that because they know I have insurance I am not eligible for the no insurance rate. I called my insurance company and they said they were in-network with this practice because it is listed in the Advent Health Network and the office did something wrong. Kelly calls me this morning, trying to offer the no insurance rate for my Monday appointment, which I thought was canceled, as an exception per Dr. Swami. During the call I tried to inquire why to all of the run around that I have been getting from the practice. Kelly was not having any of that and stated that they were going to cancel my appointment and that I can leave a review. So here I am writing my bad experience, avoid this practice because of Kelly, I am lucky and fortunate that I have enough diabetic supplies to hold me over to wait for another practice."

"Dr. Swami is wonderful, she explains things very thoroughly and in an easy way that anyone can understand. She helped lower my PCOS symptoms and regulate my hormones. She is always booked very far in advance, but her private practice is always quick and the medical assistants are all nice. However her receptionist can be rude and makes you feel like you are bothering her to schedule routine appointments or answer questions. She doesn’t match the rest of the positive energy in the office, rarely makes you feel welcome."

As for the endocrinologist herself, Dr Swamy was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Her calm demeanor put me at ease and made me feel confident in her abilities. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at this endocrinologist's office. The pleasant atmosphere, easy scheduling process, and expert care provided by the doctor truly set this practice apart. I would highly recommend this endocrinologist to anyone in need of specialized care in this field."

"I have only met with Dr. Swami once, but the experience was great. Office was clean, short wait time, nice staff, and Dr. Swami was professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the fact that her office would take me even though I am not a diabetes patient. It took a while to get in as a new client, but at least I got in, which can’t be said about many other endocrinologists I called."

I felt comfortable and looking forward to have her assist me through this journey. Reason is 2 star ⭐️ she never followed back up with me to make my next appointment after receiving my blood work. Call few times always send me to voicemail . I was so disappointed with the follow up."
