"Yoga retreat with Megan from Align & Revive @ Sumer Farms PR was hands down one of the best Yoga retreats I have ever been to. Megan is a energetic, fun, beautiful soul. She was very attentive, patient, flexible, and kind to all of us. She made sure we all felt comfortable and at home. She knows her Yoga and meditation and most of all how to read the room.We practiced in a beautiful outdoor pavilion with a breath taking mountain view. I can't say enough about the place but it was beyond perfect. Nature's view and the sounds of the coqui and birds each day were beautiful and relaxing. We practiced Yoga about twice a day and had a lovely meditative gong bath, hikes to the river and waterfall, dancing and so much more. I felt very supported and learned a lot about myself and others. I left feeling revived and connected. I also left a few things behind that did not serve me and will be eternally grateful for the confidence I gained in my practice. Everyone at the retreat including their workers and owner of our stay were incredible. I felt sad to say goodbye to all my new friends but I am looking forward to our reunion, hopefully in the same place. I will likely go to many of her retreats and know that I have gained a new forever friend in Megan. I feel blessed to have had such a wonderful, fulfilling experience. Thank you."
