"I was a member of Tom's tennis site and purchased about a $100 worth of films which I watched religiously until I had some major health issues. After I made a modest recovery I wanted to review all the films and get back into the game. When I logged into the site as I had done numerous times, I was denied access to the training films. Up to this time I was very happy with my membership. Then the site changed and I guess changed again when I was undergoing treatment. In summation Tom Avery went from hero to goat. I contacted the Florida Attorney general office to report what I considered interstate fraud and theft of services."
