Fitness Inside & Out is a premier gym and health institution located in Naples, Florida. Owned by Mike Edwards, who has a master's degree in exercise physiology and extensive experience working with a variety of clients, from post-rehab individuals to competitive athletes. Our focus is on individualized exercise programs tailored to each client's specific health and fitness goals.
Our post-rehab programs are designed to help clients return to optimal function following surgery or injury, with the goal of preventing future issues. We offer Pilates and MELT method exercises to improve muscle strength and flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance posture. Additionally, we provide expert home gym design consultations and workouts to keep you injury-free.
Fitness Inside & Out is also known for training top junior national tennis players and offers nationally recognized golf enhancement programs through Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and BACKtoGOLF. Our commitment to promoting wellness extends to therapeutic massage and bodywork services, tailored to each individual's needs.
