"Recently my adult daughter and I have had the extreme pleasure of training with Spencer for 10 sessions while on vacation in Naples. He is knowledgeable and thorough, especially during the assessment phase which is very important to understand how one's body is actually functioning and where any imbalances or weaknesses are. He doesn't just get you going on weights and exercises for the sake of exercise, he takes the time to evaluate and release any muscle tensions that may prohibit your body from benefitting from exercise. Not only does he start with releasing muscle tightness but also understands the importance of targeted muscle stretching. His workouts are specific to your unique needs. Spencer shares his knowledge about how and why your body works and how it most likely developed the imbalances that have occurred over time as well as the importance of clearing those imbalances! Spencer follows through on what he is teaching by providing access to individualized exercises on line. The gym is clean and comfortable with state of the art equipment and a padded floor. You can tell that Spencer is passionate about his work and that he loves getting to know each person individually in order to take the appropriate approach for your health and fitness. He is a nutritionist as well and provides dietary counseling tailored to your needs, what works best for you! Whenever I am in Naples I will reach out to Spencer. By the way, he will also stay in contact with me in Wisconsin if I have any questions! I thank Spencer from the bottom of my heart for all the help and encouragement he gave to me and my daughter.
