"I tried a yoga sculpt class for the first time with Sam a day ago! She was so friendly and welcoming and kind. I feel like sometimes that can be a challenge to find these days. For the staff alone it’s worth checking it out! As for the class it was yoga with some weights. Reminded me a little of mat Pilates. challenging but good! I am still sore. Can’t wait to go back !!"

I really love this studio, from the lighting and vibe shifts throughout the class, to the music choices, energy and guidance some of the teachers give. I particularly love Katies classes, both hot and sculpt & flow. Definitely recommend! Try out their 3 classes for around $30 to see if you like this studio."
"Tried this studio out for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. I did a restore class with Garre. It was both challenging and relaxing. I will definitely be returning! The studio was very clean and kept all of their props sanitary by asking guests to wipe them down after class and providing covers for bolsters."

"I love this YogaSix location! I went to a Y6 hot class with Katie as an instructor. The class was great! Challenging enough for a regular yogi but also great for beginners looking to get started. The instructor had great energy and so did everyone else at the studio. I left feeling very refreshed and grounded, but also stronger. Excited to go back!!"
